“I should be happier than I am…”

If that thought has crossed your mind, you're not alone and you're not ungrateful. You're just ready for something more.

You've built the life, the career, the success. But somewhere along the way, the person inside got left behind. You're performing brilliantly for everyone else. It's time to flourish for yourself.

I'm Nic, a positive psychology coach with an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and over 20 years working with some of the world's most successful people. My approach is grounded in science, delivered with warmth, and built around you.

My Story

I spent over a decade at the heart of the corporate world building a career, raising a family, and trying to be brilliant at all of it. And for a while, I was. Until I wasn't.

Looking back, the problem wasn't that I wasn't trying. It was that I didn't truly understand what wellbeing actually meant. I was investing in things I thought were making a difference: the achievements, the milestones, the markers of success, without realising that the things that actually matter were quietly being neglected.

It took a significant moment of clarity to make me stop, reassess, and ask a question I'd never really asked before: what do I actually need to flourish?

That question changed everything.

It sent me on a journey into the science of wellbeing, first studying ‘The Science of Wellbeing’ at Yale University, completing my MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with distinction, and spending years working with leaders and organisations on the connection between genuine wellbeing and sustainable performance.

What I found was both simple and profound: flourishing isn't a reward for when life slows down. It's a practice. And it's available to you right now.

Today I work with successful individuals: executives, entrepreneurs, women at a crossroads, who are ready to close the gap between the life they appear to have and the life they actually want to live. My approach begins with a scientifically backed audit of your wellbeing, giving us a clear, evidence-based picture of where you are and where the greatest opportunity for change lies.

This work isn't just my profession. It's my purpose.

Who I work with

My clients are successful, intelligent, and self-aware. They don't need fixing. They need space, clarity, and the right framework to help them flourish. You might be:

The competitive soul

You've spent your life setting goals and smashing them, whether on the pitch, the court, or in the boardroom. The drive that got you here hasn't gone anywhere but the game has changed. You're successful, financially secure, and ready to channel your energy into something more meaningful.

The executive in transition

You've recently stepped back from a high-powered career through choice, circumstance, or retirement. The identity you built over decades has shifted and you're not quite sure who you are without it. You're ready to rediscover yourself and design what comes next.

The senior executive

You've reached the top of your profession and you're good at what you do. But the relentless pace is taking its toll and privately you're wondering whether there's more to life than this. You want to perform sustainably and actually enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.

The flourishing woman

You've devoted yourself to your family and supported those around you to thrive. Now, with more space for yourself, you're asking, perhaps for the first time, what do I actually want? You're capable, curious, and ready. You just need someone in your corner.

If any of these descriptions resonated, you're already asking the right question.

Find out where you are right now.

The Wellbeing Mini Audit takes less than 2 minutes. Seven simple questions, grounded in science, that give you an instant snapshot of where you're flourishing and where there might be room to grow.

It's free. It's personal. And it might tell you something worth knowing.

Working with me

Every client journey begins with a conversation. From there, we follow a clear, structured path, grounded in science, and built entirely around you.

The Discovery Call - Complimentary (30 minutes)

A relaxed, no-obligation conversation where you can share what's brought you here, ask me anything, and get a genuine feel for whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no pitch, just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

The Foundation Signature Programme

This is where the real work happens. Over six carefully structured sessions we identify what flourishing actually looks like for you, and begin making the changes that matter. Every session is tailored entirely to you. Between sessions, WhatsApp support is available during business hours because life doesn't wait for your next appointment.

At the end of the programme, we revisit your audit, giving you a tangible, evidence-based measure of how far you've come.

The Foundation Audit

Before we begin working together, you'll complete a scientifically validated wellbeing audit and strengths assessment. Together these give us a clear, evidence-based picture of where you are right now. What's working, what's being quietly neglected, and where the greatest opportunity for change lies. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

The Sustain Follow-on Programme

Flourishing isn't a destination, it's a practice. For clients who want to maintain their momentum, navigate new challenges, or keep the work alive, Sustain provides ongoing support to embed what you've built and keep you thriving long term.

verb (flə-rish) to grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a particularly congenial environment.

“To flourish is to find fulfillment in our lives, accomplishing meaningful and worthwhile tasks, and connecting at a deeper level” (Seligman, 2011)

About Positive Psychology

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of optimal human functioning and what makes life living. It is focussed on enhancing the good in life to move individuals and organisations from average to great, rather than fixing what is wrong or bad. Positive Psychology promotes individuals and communities to flourish rather than languish, and approaches the study of human thoughts, feelings and behaviours from a place of strength instead of deficit. (Boniwell & Tunariu, 2019; Peterson, 2008).
